Next Day Delivery is available for stocked items shipped directly from Green-tech if ordered before 11am (Mainland England, Wales, and Lower Scotland only).
We offer a range of delivery options tailored to the type and size of your order:
Standard Parcel – Items under 1.2m in length
Oversized Parcel – Items over 1.2m requiring specialist handling
Wildflower Seed Parcel – Dedicated service for wildflower seed orders
Depending on your order size, pallets may be delivered with or without tail-lift support or on a 7.5t vehicle:

Please ensure site access is suitable for pallet deliveries and HGVs.
Kerbside Delivery Only: All pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location.
No Steep Inclines: We cannot deliver pallets on steep driveways or gradients.
Flat, Solid Surface Required: Deliveries must be made to flat, solid ground to allow safe use of a pump truck.
Driver Access: Our drivers are not permitted to enter your property.
Pallet & Packaging Disposal: The recipient is responsible for disposing of any pallets or packaging materials.
Our pallet deliveries are typically made using the following vehicle sizes:
Large: 26-tonne articulated lorry
Medium: 18-tonne rigid lorry
Small: 7.5-tonne lorry (limited availability and by prior arrangement only)
It is essential that you inform us of any access restrictions at the delivery location when placing your order. This allows us to notify our pallet delivery company and arrange an appropriate vehicle.
If no access information is provided, we will send either an 18-tonne rigid or 26-tonne articulated lorry by default. If access is restricted and the delivery fails as a result, a redelivery charge may apply.
Stakes are made from natural timber – expect knots, cracks, and natural variations.
Wood may expand or shrink with weather.
Breakages may occur during installation—we recommend ordering 10–20% extra to allow for this.
Not suitable for tail-lift offloading when delivered on a pallet
Forklift or manual offloading is required on-site
Buyers are responsible for arranging offload support
These are perishable, fresh-cut to order.
Must be laid within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations only possible before cutting begins
If delivery is refused or cancelled after cutting, full order value will be charged
Storage advice:
Unstack immediately on delivery to allow airflow
Do not water while rolled
Store in cool, shaded areas, and lay promptly to avoid spoilage
Delivered on pallets via HGV – special care is required:
Kerbside delivery only
Tail-lift offload is attempted but not guaranteed
Screens over 1.8m require forklift/manual offloading
Ensure access for HGVs and notify us of any site limitations in advance
Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.
Lead time can be up to 15 working days
Tracking is provided when available from the supplier
Live stock levels are not visible online – contact us if unsure
Please note: These items are dispatched directly from the supplier or manufacturer. Lead times vary depending on the season, typically ranging from 7 to 20 working days during busy periods.
Our couriers may leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour if possible
If you’re concerned, please contact us before delivery to make specific arrangements
Inspect goods before signing
If items are damaged, inform the driver and note this on the delivery paperwork
If goods appear partially missing, sign as ‘Part Delivered’
If damage or shortages are noticed after delivery, notify us within 24 hours and email photos to sales@green-tech.co.uk.
Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by events outside our control (e.g., courier issues, weather, etc.).
