Scentless Chamomile (Tripleurospermum inodorum) is a native UK annual wildflower that adds a delicate yet cheerful touch to wildflower meadows, arable fields, and roadside plantings. Known for its small, daisy-like white flowers with yellow centers, this hardy plant thrives in dry, well-drained soils and open, sunny sites. It's perfect for disturbed areas and edges of fields where a bright display of flowers is needed.
Although it lacks the strong scent of other chamomiles, it still offers excellent nectar value for pollinators, including bees and butterflies. Scentless Chamomile is also an excellent addition to annual wildflower mixes, providing color and texture throughout the summer months.
