Application rates (general guide):
General soil preparation: 70–100g per m²
Trees and shrubs: 140–175g per m² worked into the planting hole or spread around the base
Bulbs: A handful (20–30g) per planting hole, mixed into soil before inserting the bulb
Apply during planting or early in the growing season. Bonemeal can be re-applied every 6–8 weeks if needed.
Formulation & How to Apply
Formulation: Ground animal bones – rich in phosphorus (15%) and nitrogen (approx. 3%)
Application method: Broadcast by hand or spreader. Work into the soil around planting areas or mix into planting holes. Water in well after application.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry location. Reseal the bag to prevent moisture ingress.
