Nemasys L is a safe and natural biological solution for controlling vine weevil larvae, including Otiorhynchus sulcatus (Taxus weevil), O. armadillo, and O. salicicola. This treatment contains live Steinernema kraussei nematodes that locate and infect vine weevil larvae, releasing symbiotic bacteria that kill the pest within days.

Uniquely effective at low soil temperatures (from just 5°C), Nemasys L is suitable for early-season use and year-round protection in containerised stock, soft fruit crops, ornamental plantings, and nursery production. It leaves no chemical residues, requires no safety interval, and is safe for people, pets, pollinators, and wildlife.

Apply during moist conditions using a sprayer or watering can, avoiding application in direct sunlight.

Application Guidelines
Apply when soil temperatures are above 5°C
Mix nematodes with water and apply to moist soil
Use a watering can (with coarse rose) or a standard sprayer with filters removed (greater than 0.3mm)
Apply approx. 4 litres of solution per m²
Keep soil moist for several days after treatment
Avoid application in bright sunlight or during hot, dry conditions
